Deacons / Trustees

We currently have four Deacons who serve alongside the ministers in overall leadership of the church. They are prayerfully elected at the AGM from among the membership by Church members and serve for a three year period. The Ministers and Deacons act as the Charity Trustees of the church. A Secretary and Treasurer are appointed annually from amongst the Diaconate.

Students on Placement at CCBC

Joy Dimond

Joy Dimond is working on placement with us from September 2016. She is studying for a foundation degree with The Light Project. She’ll be working with us for about a day per week helping us creatively connect with those around us, as well as inspiring us in ways to step out and witness for Jesus. Joy has two grown up children, and works in a local school as a School Secretary. She also serves as a Street Pastor in Evesham.

Wendy Gleadle is working on placement with us from September 2017. Like Joy, she is studying for a foundation degree with The Light Project. She’ll be working with us for about a day per week. Not only is she helping us creatively connect with those around us, but also spending time in local nursing/care homes. Wendy decided to take this step of faith after hearing God say “It’s never too late” and is fulfilling a life long ambition to study for a degree.
